On the occasion of the 1000-day countdown to RI's Bicentennial on 8 September 2020, the bicentennial wall was launched. The event was attended by guest-of-honour Permanent Secretary of Education, Mr Lai Chung Han and Director-General of Education and former principal, Mr Wong Siew Hoong, both alums of the school. In view of COVID-19 safety measures, a limited number of guests were in attendance. They included past Chairmen of Board of Governors and ORA Presidents, Rafflesians from the various campuses, and community partners.
