Teaching and Learning in an Age of Uncertainty: Looking Back to Look Forward

RI welcomed over 580 educators and staff to the first ever RI Teachers' Conference, held at the institution over the last two days. The conference explores how we can future-proof traditional forms of teaching and learning by better understanding research evidence of what works (and what doesn’t). Organised as part of RI's Bicentennial Celebrations, the theme for the RI Teachers' Conference (RITC) was "Teaching & Learning in an Age of Uncertainty: Looking Back to Look Forward". 

68 different workshops and sharing sessions conducted by educators from various institutions and organisations were held all around the school, with a keynote address starting off the day's events each day on 14 and 15 November 2022. The participants came from over 70 different MOE schools, MOE HQ and other educational organisations. We were also honored to have Ms Liew Wei Li, Director-General of Education at the Ministry of Education, grace the event as the Guest-of-Honour.
